この度、美奈ちゃんがエストニアで会社を作り、その報告とお礼メッセージをくれました。

こんにちは。井上美奈です。

いつもは私のチャレンジを助けてくれた方たちを紹介しているのですが、今回は少し内容を変えてご報告にしてみました。でも、今回もたくさんの方に助けていただきました。

2020年3月3日、ひな祭りの日にエストニアに会社を作りました。

今、世界中で新型コロナウイルス が流行しています。でもオンラインで日本から申請ができました。だから私は予定を変えずに会社を設立できました。

会社名は　TSUNAGU OÜ　です。

最後のOÜは、ちょっとカタカナでどう書いたらいいのかわからないけど、Google翻訳で日本語にOÜと入れてエストニア語に翻訳して発音してもらったらわかります。「つなぐ OÜ」と呼んでください。OÜがややこしかったら「つなぐ」だけでもいいです。

私はこの会社で、もっと人をつなぐためにいいサービスを考えてつくってみたいと思っています。

会社をつくるまでに、どの国のどんな種類の法人がいいのか、調べるのに時間がかかりました。調べてみてもどうしたらいいかわからないこともありました。でも、聞いてみたら教えてくれたり、協力してくれる人たちがいました。日本の法人についてどう考えたらいいかを教えてくださったStartup Weekend理事で司法書士の松本かずえさん。エストニアの会社をつくることについていいところも難しいところも教えてくださったSetGoのKota Alex Saitoさん。この文章を英語で伝わりやすくするためにいいツールや良い表現を教えてくださったシンガポールのVIVITOP Orchard代表のLee Hoi Leongさん。その他にもいろいろなアドバイスや気をつけることなどを教えてくださったり、設立を楽しみにしていると言ってくださった皆さま。それから私の家族。ありがとうございます。

私は会社をどうやっていくのがいいか、まだ知っていることが少ないので、学びながらやってみようと思っています。Pythonも、まだやりはじめたばかりで、私ができることはとても少ないです。大人の人より時間がかかると思います。だから競争したら、だいたい負ける気がします。でも、私は学んでいきます。だから、できることもあると思っています。よく考えて少しずつでもやってみようと思います。

Report and thanks

I established a company in Estonia on March 3, 2020. In Japan March 3rd is "Hinamatsuri". "Hinamatsuri" is the day that people thank for growth of girls.

Now, Coronavirus is spreading in the world, but I was able to apply from Japan without changing my schedule. Because the establishment of a company in Estonia can be done by online service even if I am in Japan.

Company name is TSUNAGU OÜ. At this corporation, I will create good services for more connecting people.

Before establishing a company, it took me a lot of time to find out about matters such as what kind of legal entity and in which country should I establish. Sometimes I didn't know what to do. But many people helped me along the way. Ms Kazue Matsumoto, the director of Startup Weekend in Japan and a judicial scrivener, taught me what to think about legal issues in Japan. Mr. Kota Alex Saito, Founder and CEO of SetGo, taught me the pros and cons of establishing and running an Estonian company. Mr. Lee Hoi Leong, CEO of VIVITOP Orchard in Singapore, advised me on tools and expressions in communicate better in English. Many more people gave me various advices and looked forward to me starting my company. And my family. thank you so much everyone.

I don't know much about how to running for the company. I just started learning about Python. There might be very little that I can do. I may take a longer time than adults for do everything, and I feel that I will lose if I compete with them. But I'm learning. I think there are things I can do, so I'll think about it and try it little by little.
