Course outline: Cost control is one of the most important operations of a manufacturing company. To understand the elements of cost as well as cost accounting makes it possible to efficiently make various management decisions. In this course, we will focus on various cost and their control from following aspects, production cost, cost accounting, cost type, cost analysis, cost reduction activity.
